Cold GTM provides done-for-you LinkedIn outreach and lead generation services, including campaign management, inbox management, and appointment setting. The specific scope of services is defined in your service agreement or onboarding documentation.

• We do not guarantee specific numbers of leads, meetings, or revenue outcomes
• Results depend on factors including target market, offer quality, and LinkedIn compliance
• Service delivery begins following the agreed onboarding and build period
• We reserve the right to refuse service to any entity at our discretion

3. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. For plans with a build period, billing commences when outreach begins, not at the start of the build period.

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific offer or trial agreement
• During a 30-day risk-free trial, no payment is charged unless you choose to continue
• Late or failed payments may result in service suspension
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' written notice

4. Client Obligations

As a client of Cold GTM, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during onboarding, including your ideal customer profile
• Grant us the access necessary to deliver the service (LinkedIn account access, Sales Navigator where required)
• Not use our services for unlawful, deceptive, or spam purposes
• Comply with LinkedIn's Terms of Service and applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Notify us promptly of any issues or concerns with campaign performance

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cold GTM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or LinkedIn account restrictions.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Cold GTM in the three months preceding the claim.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Cold GTM may terminate immediately if you breach these terms or engage in conduct that violates LinkedIn's policies or applicable law.

Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due. We will return any account access provided to us and delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
